HIGRO-CONTROLLED TRICKLE VENT

AERECO EXR 309

Air flow (min-max) at 10 Pa: 7-28 m3/h
Acoustic attenuation: 44 dB (A)
Dimensions (width x height x depth): 423x59x54 mm
Manufacturer: Aereco (France)
HIGRO set - hygrodynamic EXR air vent with a lock function in the maximum and minimum flow position + mounting pad + standard aereco hood. The first air vent in the Aereco offer with the ability to manually close and fully open the air vent, supporting the hygrocontrol function. The EXR air inlet is designed for installation in plastic (PVC), wooden and aluminum windows.
EXR hygro-controlled air vents are controlled automatically. The air flow rate depends on the water vapor content (relative humidity) inside the room. The control sensor is a polyamide tape, which changes its length due to changes in relative humidity in the air, which causes the damper to open more or less, and thus introduce a greater or lesser air flow into the room.
Hygro-controlled air vents operate in the range of 35 to 70% relative humidity. If the humidity in the room is less than or equal to 35%, the air vent is closed and a minimum air flow is supplied to the room. As the humidity increases, the vent opens and reaches maximum efficiency at a value of 70% or more relative humidity.
Humidity-controlled air vents are designed in such a way that the outside air does not come into direct contact with the sensor. Thanks to this, the conditions prevailing inside the building are analyzed, not outside the building.
The hygro-controlled air inlet operates without human intervention and does not require electrical power.
Function of manual closing and full opening of the EXR air vent: When the lock is set in the open position, the damper changes its position depending on the relative humidity in the room. The air flow ranges from 7 to 30 m³/h. However, after setting the lock in the closed position (flap up), the damper is set to the minimum flow position, the air inlet delivers up to 7m³/h at 10 Pa.
Diagonal air flow direction: Optimal location of the air outlet duct in the housing ensures increased comfort for residents
