The ordered goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within 3 business days to 8 weeks from the date payment is credited to the company's account. The company reserves the right to extend the delivery time for reasons beyond our control. Delivery of goods is only organized if the goods leaving the warehouse are fully paid for.
Before purchasing, the customer agrees to send us a message providing the delivery address and phone number to confirm shipping costs and arrange pickup.

In-stock items: 5-14 business days
Interior and exterior doors made to order: 6-10 weeks
Windows: 4-8 weeks
Small items are shipped by courier.
Doors and windows are delivered using our own transport. The driver delivers the order to the specified address.
The customer is responsible for collecting and unloading the ordered goods. The customer is also responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. Any defects or irregularities should be reported to the driver upon delivery. Damage to goods detected after receipt that was not reported upon delivery will not be accepted.
