Internal sill MDF is a wood-based product, formed by compression of the wood fibers containing organic compounds of connecting and curing, under heat and pressure. This material is of uniform density and raw material composition throughout the cross-section, so has excellent mechanical workability in the cutting process.
Thanks to the high quality of the raw materials used, window sills MDF are of high aesthetics, durability and resistance to water and temperature fluctuations. The smooth surface makes it easy to maintain them clean. Made of MDF - they are then painted with waterproof - high-quality lacquers for wood. In addition, they are covered topcoat varnish applied to the stairs or parquet which guarantees high hardness and strength. Sills made in this technology by many customers are considered more interesting alternative to window sills conglomerate (aglomarmuru). This is due to very good mechanical properties (such as high resistance to cracking).

Window sills MDF available in our offer are characterized by high durability and ease of installation. A large variety of veneers will allow you to adjust window sills, not only to the color of the window frame, but eg. The color of the floor panels, walls, blinds. Special plate wood-parapet, Water resistant (green color plates), is manufactured on order - is the only product of its kind POLAND. The density of the plate - 800-810 kg / m3 is made of hardwood - oak and beech (conifers have longer fibers, which reduces the utility of the disc)

2. Adhesives - for the production of window sills are used exclusively adhesives German producers (Henkel, JOVAT for thermal stability up to 90 ° C).
